Questions from Staines customers
Can I do anything between services?
Yes. Test the auto-reverse with a soft object monthly, keep the tracks clean and dry, and watch for frayed cables. Leave springs and cables to engineers.
Do I need to service an electric garage door?
It is strongly recommended. Safety devices drift and wear, and only testing shows whether they still work.

How soon can an engineer get to Staines?
We give you the earliest date available when you get in touch. Dates depend on engineer availability in Surrey, and we never advertise a 24/7 service.
