Terms and conditions
Last updated: 25 October 2026.
About these terms
This website is provided by Sectional Garage Doors, a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16932889), registered office Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Any contract for doors or work is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd and is made on the written quotation and terms we give you.
Guide prices
Prices on this website, including the guide-price tool, are guides and not offers. A fixed price is given in writing after a survey and is valid for the period stated on the quote.
Surveys and visits
Surveys for new doors and upgrades are free. Repair and service visits are chargeable at the price agreed before the visit; parts and further work are priced and agreed before they are carried out.
Orders, deposits and cancellation
If you agree a contract at home, by phone or online, you have 14 days to cancel, and we will give you the cancellation information and a cancellation form in writing. If we did not give you that information, the cancellation period is extended by up to 12 months.
Doors are made to your measurements. We will not place the order for your made-to-measure door within the 14 days unless you ask us to in writing. If you do ask us to, the door may not be cancellable once it is being made to your specification, and you will pay for any work you asked us to start. Any deposit, and what happens to it if you cancel, is set out on your quote.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
Use of this website
We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but guides are general information, not professional advice. Website content is our copyright unless stated otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to the rights of consumers living elsewhere in the UK.
