Can you code a replacement remote?
Most operators accept extra handsets of the same type and frequency. We identify your operator and code new handsets to it.
What if my handset is obsolete?
If the original handset is no longer made, a new receiver can be fitted so modern handsets work with your door, or the operator can be upgraded.
What does a smart opener add?
App control lets you open and close the door from your phone, see whether it is open, and get alerts. Some systems allow time-limited access for family or deliveries.
Is smart control secure?
Use a strong Wi-Fi password, keep the app updated, and only share access you can revoke. The door should still have its own safety devices; the app is a convenience, not a safety system.
Can I have a keypad?
Wireless keypads outside the garage are available for many operators, useful for family members without a handset.
